Siliceous Microfossil Meeting - 24th of May
The Silicofossil Group of the British Micropalaeontological Society is holding its annual meeting on the 24th of May at the Environmental Change Research Centre, University College London. The meeting will be co-convened by Group secretary John Gregory (Kronos Consultants and the Natural History Museum) and Cathy Stickley (UCL).

The BMS Silicofossil Group covers any of the siliceous microfossil groups, both marine, freshwater and terrestrial (diatoms, radiolarians, phytoliths, silicoflagellates, sponges etc.). The meeting is open to all levels; industrial, academic, students, professionals, etc. If you would like to attend the meeting, or if you would like to find out more details, please reply to Cathy or John at the addresses below. You do not have to be a member of the BMS to attend.

The meeting will consist of a series of presentations in the morning and afternoon with time for discussion over lunch. Several talks have already been offered. If you wish to present some work please submit an abstract to me by MONDAY MAY 7th.

Further details and abstracts will be published on the BMS web site at http://www.nhm.ac.uk/hosted_sites/bms/

We hope to see you many of you there.
